Little by little, toxins build up in our systems. It really is just like an icicle forming...with each drop of water, the icicle grows, this is how the toxins build up in our bodies too. We need to clean our systems in order for them to run as efficiently as they were designed to...by cleansing our bodies. For example: We try to stay away from anything bleached - i.e.: white flour, white sugar, white bread. Another thing most people don't realize is that food dye is a toxin - dye is in many foods and beverages, just take a look at the labels!
